RESERVATION
General terms and conditions of sale:
All reservations must be confirmed by email or postal mail, with credit card number and current expiry date at the scheduled time of arrival, or payment of a deposit by check or bank transfer.
All confirmed reservations are final; any room cancellation 7 days before the scheduled arrival date or no-show will result in compensation to be specified.
Example: for a room booked with dinner and breakfast cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, only the displayed price of the room will be charged.
Without your prior authorization, we will not charge any amount before your arrival when you provide us with your credit card number. This number serves only as a reservation guarantee.
We only charge in the event of late cancellation as mentioned above or no-show.
All payments (room, restaurant, drinks, breakfast) must be made in cash on the day of departure. No credit will be given.
Conditions for groups or long stays :
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. Any room cancelled one month prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee as specified above, in addition to the deposit paid.
Weather is not a valid reason for late cancellation without charge, unless the stay is firmly reconfirmed later in the year.
The health crisis caused by Covid-19 may change our cancellation conditions, which will be specified for each booking during 2021.
